0:00Hey there. Thanks for enrolling in the course. Welcome to think like a strategy consultant. I am Paul Millard and I am super passionate about helping people like you level up their skills. I want to help you no matter your aims, whether it's improving how you do your work, accelerating your career, moving into a different direction, a pivot, or even doing something like freelancing and exploring that. I really think these skills can be incredibly valuable in terms of how you think about work from a mindset perspective and also how you actually do it.

I want to help people do not above average work but the best work of their career and help you do the best work of anyone around you. 1:32What should I add? What questions do you have? Below most of the lectures, I've enabled comments. So if you have questions, just add them in there and I'll usually reply within a day or two. I've also included a printable PDF. In the next lecture, you can download, print out, and this is a good way to sort of recap the things you're learning in the course and apply them. You can go through step-by-step and check your work against the principles I'm going to introduce you in this course. It's a good way to sort of test yourself and say, "Am I actually going through the process I learned?" And this is the key thing. I want you to try to apply what you're learning on the screen as quick as possible. So go to your work immediately after watching a lecture and say, "Can I apply this framework here? Can I take this to the next level?" And the quicker you do that, the quicker you're going to internalize a lot of these concepts. I recommend a four-week structure for this course. I walk you through each of the four modules. First is mindset and process.

2:40Second is synthesizing information. Third is structuring problems and developing hypotheses. And then fourth is turning that into presentations that are persuasive and compelling. I'll give you automated email reminders telling you when to start each of the modules. However, you'll also have access lifetime. So you don't need to do this right away. If you want to restart it, the fourth email there should be a button. You can just click anytime as soon as you click that button. It will restart the email sequence.
